What You'll Do

The North America MBA Talent Acquisition Senior Manager leads the recruiting strategy for assigned MBA schools, partnering with Talent Acquisition leaders to attract, engage, and hire exceptional consulting talent. You will develop and execute campus strategies that strengthen BCG's presence, deliver hiring goals, and provide an exceptional candidate experience across the recruiting lifecycle.

In this role, you will serve as the strategic advisor for your assigned MBA schools, building strong relationships with campus stakeholders, consulting leaders, and candidates while using market insights and recruiting data to continuously evolve your approach. You will influence recruiting decisions, drive candidate engagement strategies, and ensure BCG's brand is represented consistently on campus.

You will lead and develop members of the MBA Talent Acquisition team while partnering closely with office recruiting teams and North America Talent Acquisition colleagues to deliver coordinated recruiting strategies. As a key member of the North America MBA Talent Acquisition team, you will contribute to broader recruiting initiatives, share leading practices, and help drive continuous improvement across the MBA recruiting function.

Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Defining and executing the recruiting strategy for assigned MBA schools, partnering with Talent Acquisition and consulting leadership to translate hiring priorities into actionable plans.

  • Serving as the strategic lead for assigned MBA schools, building strong relationships with Career Services, faculty, alumni, and other campus partners to strengthen BCG's presence.
  • Partnering with consulting leadership, alumni, and recruiting ambassadors to deliver a consistent and authentic representation of BCG's culture, values, and career opportunities.
  • Building and sustaining an engaged network of BCG alumni and advocates to deepen candidate connections and campus influence.

Candidate Strategy & Engagement

  • Leading the candidate strategy for assigned MBA schools across the full recruiting lifecycle, serving as a trusted advisor from initial engagement through offer acceptance.
  • Developing tailored engagement strategies based on candidate interests and decision drivers, connecting candidates with the right consultants and leaders throughout the process.
  • Expanding candidate pipelines by engaging exceptional talent from a broad range of experiences and backgrounds.
  • Driving candidate engagement and cultivation strategies that improve offer acceptance and long-term relationships with future consultants.

Stakeholder Leadership & Partnership

  • Advising senior stakeholders on recruiting performance, market trends, and candidate insights to inform talent decisions.
  • Collaborating across Talent Acquisition and consulting leadership to ensure seamless execution of recruiting initiatives, candidate communications, and engagement activities.
  • Sharing leading practices and market intelligence while contributing to the evolution of North America MBA recruiting strategy.

Team Leadership & Execution

  • Leading, coaching, and developing members of the MBA Talent Acquisition team while fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.
  • Setting clear priorities and performance expectations to ensure consistent execution across recruiting activities for assigned MBA schools.
  • Leading recruiting workstreams and balancing strategic priorities with operational excellence during peak recruiting periods.

Program Execution

  • Leading execution of the recruiting strategy and annual calendar for assigned MBA schools, ensuring high-quality events and candidate experiences.
  • Designing and delivering recruiting programs that strengthen candidate relationships and support hiring goals.
  • Managing recruiting budgets and resources to maximize impact and align investments with business priorities.

Data Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitoring recruiting performance through data and key metrics to evaluate pipeline health, conversion, yield, and overall effectiveness at assigned MBA schools.
  • Using insights to identify trends, improve candidate experience, and enhance recruiting outcomes.
  • Driving continuous improvement through innovative recruiting practices, streamlined processes, and regular communication of progress, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred
  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Prior experience as a BCG Project Leader+ preferred (or similar position at a competitor), will also consider deep functional expertise in Talent Acquisition, including demonstrated impact leading large-scale programs, processes, or campus recruiting functions
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate, lead change initiatives, and build new capabilities
  • Experience engaging and partnering with senior executives across a complex, matrixed organization
  • Deep understanding of DEI best practices and demonstrated cultural and identity adeptness

  • Exceptional strategic thinker - able to set a vision, define a roadmap, and drive organizational alignment in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

That's why we operate on a hybrid model, with the expectation that team members will be in the office 3 to 5 days per week. This role is designed for those who thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is not intended for remote or virtual work.

Compensation Information:

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.

The base salary range for this role is $128,000-$171,000 (USD).

This is an estimated range and specific base salaries within the range depend on factors such as office location, experience, and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.

In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a discretionary bonus of up to 20% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
