Location: Anywhere along the East Coast. Strong preference for those open to relocation.
Salary: $50000 - $60000
Equipment: X-ray or CT/MRI (full training provided)

The Role
As our client's team continues to grow, we are looking for a junior installation engineer to provide technical installation, support, and maintenance for X-ray or CT/MRI systems across client sites. You will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, and repairs, as well as performing routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance. This role also involves collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
You will start as an installation engineer, with an opportunity to grow into a fully fledged FSE.
Key Responsibilities
Install, service, and maintain medical imaging equipment within your assigned region
Perform preventative maintenance and quality inspections
Maintain accurate documentation for internal records and client reporting
Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues
Uphold company values and provide exceptional service
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a self-motivated problem solver with a strong technical background in medical imaging systems. The ideal candidate will have:
one or more years of experience in repairing or installing medical imaging systems, biomedical equipment, electrical equipment, or anything mechanical
Solid knowledge of imaging or enthusiasm to learn is very desirable
Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Willingness to travel
Excellent communication and customer service skills
