About This Role

Are you a skilled bike mechanic who's passionate about helping riders get the most out of their bikes?


We're looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm for the ebike industry and is committed to providing exceptional service to our customers!


In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Assemble and prepare bikes for sale with precision and care
  • Deliver top-notch service on new and used bicycles and electric bicycles
  • Build strong relationships with customers through your exceptional work and interpersonal skills

As a member of our team, you'll be part of a dynamic group that's dedicated to making a positive impact on the planet and in our community!


We're looking for someone who:

  • Is a skilled bicycle mechanic or service professional (we'll train you on ebikes!)
  • Has a strong work ethic and a growth mindset
  • Takes pride in their work and pays attention to detail
  • Is comfortable working with technology and has basic computer skills

You'll be a great fit for this role if you're dependable, people-oriented, enjoy learning and finding solutions, and are adaptable and detail-oriented!


Repair experience is essential, and experience with electric bikes is a bonus! We're open to all ages and levels of experience.


What You'll Do

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring all repairs and services meet our high standards
  • Providing accurate and detailed estimates for repairs
  • Effectively communicating with customers to understand their needs and concerns
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
  • Continuously improving service efficiency and productivity
  • Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers
  • Participating in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry developments
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks and repairs as needed
  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

Requirements

Requirements include but are not limited to:

  • Ability to maintain open and positive relations with coworkers, partners, and customers
  • Interest in working in a team environment committed to providing an excellent service experience while increasing sales through service
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Minimum 2 years experience preferred working as a technician/ mechanic in a bike shop
  • Previous bike assembly experience or equivalent preferred
  • Interest in developing own skills and knowledge
  • Ability to periodically lift 75 pounds
