Mike's Bikes is seeking both aspiring and experienced hands-on individuals to join their dynamic Tech Department as a Bike Technician. Whether you're new to bike repair and eager to learn or a seasoned mechanic looking for a supportive and growth-oriented environment, we have a place for you. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
-Ideally 1+ years of experience with bicycle maintenanceÂ
-A quick learner with technical aptitude and great communication skills
-Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
-Comfortable working with your hands and using tools regularly
-Physically up for it! Lifting bikes, climbing ladders, and moving around the store is part of the gig
-Comfortable chatting with customers in person and on the phone

-Flexible and available to work weekends as needed
 HOURLY RANGE: This compensation package will be dependent on experience, qualifications, and industry experience with a starting range between $18-$26/hr plus a bi-weekly bonus potential of $250.Â
