Main Line Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic team in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Work at our outpatient office during standard business hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to develop individualized treatment plans that address their specific goals and needs.
• Deliver hands-on therapy techniques and educational guidance to restore mobility and function.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to implement cost-effective treatment modalities aimed at enhancing patients' physical capabilities.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize rehabilitation outcomes.
• Provide effective communication to motivate patients throughout their therapy journey, ensuring they feel supported and encouraged.
• Create and implement fitness and wellness programs that are tailored to each patient’s requirements, enhancing their overall well-being.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care that meets the diverse needs of patients.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all treatment plans, patient interactions, and progress to support continuity of care and align with organizational goals.

This position focuses on a diverse outpatient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and conditions related to sports-related activities. The therapist will provide care to patients ranging from teenagers to seniors, ensuring that each treatment plan is customized to resonate with varied patient backgrounds and recovery benchmarks.

• A minimum of a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active Virginia State Physical Therapist license with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in applying diverse manual therapy techniques.
• Strong ability to develop successful exercise programs tailored to individual patients.
• Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly Web PT, for precise documentation and patient tracking.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current physical therapy methodologies supported by recent research and best practices.

• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting, specifically focusing on orthopedic care.
• Previous work with sports medicine clients or within a rehabilitation-focused practice is highly desirable.
• Capacity to develop and implement evidence-based clinical strategies for optimal patient outcomes.
