Main Line Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic team in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to develop individualized treatment plans that address their specific goals and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position focuses on a diverse outpatient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and conditions related to sports-related activities. The therapist will provide care to patients ranging from teenagers to seniors, ensuring that each treatment plan is customized to resonate with varied patient backgrounds and recovery benchmarks.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • An active Virginia State Physical Therapist license with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in applying diverse manual therapy techniques.
  • Strong ability to develop successful exercise programs tailored to individual patients.
  • Experience using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly Web PT, for precise documentation and patient tracking.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current physical therapy methodologies supported by recent research and best practices.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting, specifically focusing on orthopedic care.
  • Previous work with sports medicine clients or within a rehabilitation-focused practice is highly desirable.
