• Conduct thorough assessments to analyze clients' mental health needs, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their emotional states and backgrounds.

• Facilitate various therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy, family sessions, and group therapy, utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Continuously monitor clients' progress through regular evaluations, adjusting treatment strategies based on their evolving needs.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention and ongoing support for clients experiencing acute stress or emotional difficulties.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, adhering to both legal requirements and ethical guidelines as outlined by relevant licensing boards.
