We are looking for a compassionate BCBA to grow with our small business while enriching the lives of children in the Fox Valley.
As a Supervising BCBA at Grove you will use your amazing skills to interact with children with developmental differences, such as Autism, and create a joyous learning environment for them to learn new skills. We utilize evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) through the lens of trauma-assumed and compassionate care to support the growth of our clients and staff. You will spend each day supervising our amazing RBTs as they engage with children to help build their communication skills, social awareness and confidence.
The Supervising BCBA position is ideal for people who are natural caregivers, who have an interest in teaching individuals with special needs, and who enjoy mentoring young professionals. Newly certified BCBAs are encouraged and welcome to apply! We provide paid training, a collaborative team environment, and a clear career path with advancement opportunities.
So what does this job look like? Supported by our fantastic team, you will:
  • Supervise and mentor staff who work with kids with special needs between the ages of 2-18.
  • Work part- or full-time hours between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM (Monday-Thursday) and 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Fridays).
  • Develop a range of niche skills between clinic, school or home based services, PFA/SBT, intensive parent coaching, early intervention, and more!
  • Create meaningful change for children and their families.
What do you have to bring to the table? These things are required:
  • An active BCBA credential.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check + eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Comfortability moving quickly when interacting with children, and occasionally moving or lifting ~30-50 lbs.
