The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) plays a crucial role in providing clinical expertise, leadership, and guidance to ensure the success of each assigned client case.

In this role, you will:

• Guarantee that client families receive consistent, high-quality clinical services, leading to significant client progress and satisfaction with our offerings.
• Deliver direct services to clients, which includes conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), overseeing assigned client cases, and providing consultation or coverage for cases managed by other Clinical Supervisors (BCBA).
• Support the professional development of your clinical team, ensuring they achieve success in their roles, tailored to their experience and growth stage. You will mentor, provide feedback, and encourage Program Managers and Interventionists to excel.

• Maintain a minimum of 5 billable hours per workday (25 hours per week / 110 hours per month).
• Oversee your Program Manager team to ensure they achieve a minimum of 28 billable hours per week (120 hours per month).
• Deliver quality clinical supervision in line with BACB standards to ensure treatment integrity and quality assurance across various clients, settings, and funding sources, including direct observation and necessary protocol adjustments.
• Conduct developmental skills assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, AFLS, VB-MAPP) to create and evaluate individualized treatment recommendations and objectives.
• Provide supervision and documentation in accordance with BACB standards for RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBA candidates as required.
• Perform Functional Behavioral Assessments, including Functional Analyses, to develop function-based treatment plans.
• Offer precise skill assessments and direct feedback through Performance Management metrics to other clinical team members (e.g., Behavior Interventionists and Program Supervisors/Managers).
• Deliver training to teachers, technicians, parents, and others using Behavior Skills Training (BST), which includes discussion, modeling, practice, and feedback.
• Attend Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and interdisciplinary team meetings as needed, presenting proposed goals, objectives, behavioral interventions, and potential modifications/adaptations.
• Collaborate with school personnel by observing students, providing written programming and behavioral recommendations, and implementing necessary training with ongoing support.

• Strong expertise in ABA and clinical practices.
• Self-motivated with the ability to consistently schedule and attend client appointments and team meetings punctually.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with clear language and accurate grammar.
• Excellent time management abilities, understanding how to balance billable and non-billable hours effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills, fostering rapport with clients and colleagues, and enhancing relationships between the clinical team and client families.
• A collaborative team player with a customer service mindset, dedicated to serving client families and colleagues at all levels.
• Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, with Spanish preferred.
