Job description

Weโ€™re hiring an Assembler โ€“ Battery Manufacturing to build high-mix, low-volume lithium-ion battery components and drive innovation in a dynamic team. Bring your precision, energy, and passion for advancing clean energy solutionsโ€”your impact starts here.


Schedule: First shift position Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 3:30pm and Friday 6:00am - 10:00am; overtime may be required based on business needs.

Wage - $19.26 per hour


What Youโ€™ll Be Doing:

Operate hand and power tools for mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic assembly.

Assemble or reassemble sub-components using diagrams and work instructions.

Inspect and adjust your work for quality before the next step.

Manage inventory levels and report shortages.

Move and stack materials safely using cranes, hoists, or lift trucks.

Follow standard work procedures and support 5S for a clean, organized workspace.

Recommend process improvements through kaizen.

Tear down, clean, repair, and rebuild assemblies as needed.


What Weโ€™re Looking For:

High School Diploma/GED

Demonstrates reliability through consistent work experience

Computer proficiency

Experience with hand tools (manual and power)


What Sets You Apart:

Three months previous manufacturing/assembly experience

Experience with lithium-ion battery manufacturing

Education or certification in battery manufacturing and energy solutions
