Key Job Responsibilities:

Organize, supervise,coordinate,and evaluate practice sessions with proper attention toplayer'sphysical and mental well-being.

Recruit qualitystudent-athletesandretainthem as instructed by the head coach.

Prepare athletes todemonstrateuniversity-level performance during competitive events.

Promote athletics attheUniversity of Wisconsin-Stout.

Research and implement new findings for refining skills and coaching techniques.

Adhere to, and remain in compliance with NCAA, WIAC, and UW-Stout rules and regulations.

Help develop and maintainrelationships with alumni, boosters, etc.

Compensation:

Minimum starting salary of $45,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
