Program overview

The Corporate Banking Analyst Program is a full-time experience designed for undergraduates beginning their career in banking.You will bealigned to a coverage or product group, whereyou willcontribute to client work, develop financial and creditexpertise, and support relationship management efforts.

From day one,you willgain exposure to live deals, build relationships with clients and senior bankers, and strengthen their technical skills through applied experience.#earlycareers

What to expect

You will begin with six to seven weeks of structured classroom training, covering accounting, credit analysis, corporate valuation, and financialmodelling.

Following training,you willstep into day-to-day responsibilities, which may include:

  • Conducting company and industry research

  • Analyzinghistorical financial performance andmodelingfuture outcomes to assess credit risk

  • Creating client marketing materials using Excel and PowerPoint

  • Assistingin preparing credit underwriting presentations for Risk Committee approval

  • Monitoring client developments and preparing updates for leadership

Throughout the program, you will receive ongoing coaching, mentorship, and feedback to support your development.

Required qualifications

  • 6+ months of Corporate Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with expected graduation in December 2026or May/June 2027

  • Strong academic achievement

  • Demonstrated interest in finance and financial markets

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

  • Proven ability to take on significant responsibility

  • Relevant internship experience

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Program locations

Primary locations include Charlotte, New York, and Houston.

Pay range

$100,000 annually across all locations.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$90,000.00 - $150,000.00
