Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer with deep expertise in AWS cloud networking, strong SRE principles, and an observability-first mindset. This role focuses on building resilient, scalable, and secure network platforms while ensuring high availability and operational reliability.
Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Design and manage AWS network architectures (VPCs, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, VPN, Route 53, ALB/NLB).
โ€ข Implement SRE best practices: SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and incident response.
โ€ข Build and maintain highly available and fault-tolerant network systems.
โ€ข Automate network provisioning using IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation).
โ€ข Integrate observability tools (CloudWatch, Datadog, Splunk, OpenTelemetry) for network monitoring and alerting.
โ€ข Optimize network performance, cost, and security.
โ€ข Lead incident triage, root cause analysis, and postmortems.
โ€ข Collaborate with security, DevOps, and platform engineering teams.
โ€ข Enforce AWS security best practices (NACLs, Security Groups, WAF, Shield).
