Job Title: Perfusionist
Employment Status: Full Time
Location of Work: West Coast/California
We are seeking highly skilled adult Clinical Perfusionists to join our team on the West Coast! The Clinical Perfusionist will be responsible for providing perfusion services at medical facilities nationwide under the supervision of a Chief Perfusionist. Requirements and Qualifications
  • Maintain a bachelors or higher in perfusion education
  • American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion certified
  • 2 + years of experience as a perfusionist is preferred
  • BLS certification must be maintained
  • Demonstrates great communication and teamwork skills necessary to interact with fellow team members and healthcare professionals

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Include, but not limited to:
  • Cardiopulmonary Bypass on Adult Patient Populations
  • Autotransfusion
  • Mechanical circulatory support device maintenance: IABP, IMPELLA
  • ECMO Priming and Initiation
  • Call Coverage
  • Charting

  • Integration Health (IH) is proud to offer 100% employer-paid health, vision, and dental insurance for full-time employees. IH covers 70% of the health, vision, and dental insurance costs for full-time employees' dependents. Eligible dependents may be added to the employee's benefits selections, with 30% of the premium costs deducted from the employee's payroll.
  • Full-time employees are covered under the IH term life, accidental death and dismemberment, and short and long-term disability plans. IH pays premiums on behalf of the employee.
  • Full-time employees may elect to participate in the Employer's Guideline 401(k) retirement plan. Participants may make pre-tax or Roth contributions to a retirement account. IH matches contributions at 100% of the first 1% of the employee's deferrals and 50% of deferrals between 1% and 6% of the employee's salary.
