Your Purpose as a Receptionist:
  • Answer incoming Lexus dealership calls promptly and professionally, directing callers to the appropriate department or team member and taking accurate messages when needed.
  • Welcome guests to the dealership, determine the purpose of their visit, and ensure they are connected with the right department or team member.
  • Provide a polished, friendly, and compassionate first impression that reflects the high standards of the Lexus guest experience.
  • Support the flow of the dealership by communicating effectively with sales, service, and administrative teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.
  • Assist with front desk responsibilities and other administrative duties as assigned by management while maintaining an organized, guest-focused environment.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle

Additional Qualifications:
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
