The Arabic-Language Analyst, Due Diligence & Investigations will lead and directly support the production of client deliverables, to include due diligence, complex investigations, business risk intelligence, and market entry analyses. The successful candidate is expected to comprehend complex issues, regions, and industries while conducting detailed investigative research and analysis to identify and understand regulatory risks. The candidate is also expected to be proficient in Arabic and have professional or academic experience related to the Middle East.
Job Responsibilities
The Arabic-Language Analyst, DD&I will have the following responsibilities:
  • Leading and supporting a diverse portfolio of investigative projects including but not limited to open-source and public records due diligence, FCPA investigations, complex investigations, business intelligence, market entry research, etc.
  • Producing high-quality narrative reports that address client needs and providing solutions based on research and analysis.
  • Gathering and interpreting confidential human-source intelligence within a specified time frame and budget.
  • Manage the production lifecycle, including the scope, schedule, profitability, and quality of projects from the time tasking is received until it is closed out.
  • Process and store sensitive information in accordance with the Information Management System.
  • Ensure those reporting to you process and store sensitive information, including PII, in accordance with IMS policies.
  • Provide guidance when compliance standards are not being met. Alert Information Technology team and IT Manager when nonconformities are discovered.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Arabic-Language Analyst, DD&I position will possess the following:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in international relations, political science, regional studies, business or related area of study.
  • Experience: At least 2-5 years of relevant professional experience. Prior experience conducting due diligence research and investigations, or professional experience in emerging or frontier markets is a plus. Experience or expertise in the area of OSINT, SOCMINT, or fraud preferable.
  • Skills:
    • Outstanding English-language writing, research, and analytical abilities, with the capacity to distill complex information concisely.
    • Exceptional attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated client focus and a solutions-oriented mindset.
    • Excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

    • Professional proficiency in Arabic.

Location: Washington, DC | Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm (in-person)
Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 annualized
