Apartment Maintenance Technician – Bryan, TX

Certified Apartment Staffing is HIRING!

We are seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join a busy multifamily community in Bryan, TX. This is a great opportunity for a dependable, hands-on technician who can hit the ground running and handle day-to-day apartment maintenance with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete resident work orders and service requests
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance issues
  • Perform preventative maintenance throughout the property
  • Complete apartment make-ready and turn work
  • Diagnose maintenance issues and complete repairs efficiently
  • Maintain vacant units, common areas, and property equipment
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional property environment

Requirements:

  • Previous apartment/multifamily maintenance experience REQUIRED
  • Strong hands-on troubleshooting and repair skills
  • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
  • Make-ready/turn experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple work orders
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
  • Strong work ethic and professional communication skills
  • Must be able to safely use hand and power tools

Certifications:

EPA, HVAC, CPO, or other maintenance certifications are a PLUS, but not required unless specified by the property.
