The E-Space Manufacturing team builds the world's most advanced aerospace products at high rate and high precision. 

As a Senior Industrial Engineer, you'll own the layout and process flow of our Arlington factory as it scales - working across every production area, from antenna and bus assembly to spacecraft assembly & test and boom manufacturing. You'll design facility layouts in AutoCAD, model capacity and material flow, and plan the workstations, lines, and equipment installs that let us ramp to rate. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role for someone who has laid out and optimized real factories and wants to shape ours from the ground up. This position reports to the Manufacturing leadership team.

We are redefining how satellites are designed, manufactured and used - so we're looking for candidates with passion, deep knowledge and direct experience. If that's your experience, then we'll be immediately wow-ed.
