About the Role:
Join a pioneering healthcare technology team as an AWS Connect Developer/Engineer. In this fully remote role, you'll lead the design and development of enterprise-scale solutions on AWS, focusing on Amazon Connect integrations. You'll drive the evolution of our contact center platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and high-impact solutions. Responsibilities:
- Lead technical design, planning, and delivery of back-end services and UI components
- Architect and implement Amazon Connect features, including configuration of queues, agents, routing, schedules, and workflows
- Develop and maintain complex RESTful APIs and microservices using Java or NodeJS
- Integrate third-party and internal APIs, supporting AI-driven voice and chat capabilities
