Job Description Assembly Technician Overview: This position is responsible for performing routine assembly and quality inspection of various custom wood panel case products and equipment using specifications, drawings, and the required tools for the position. Essential Functions: Perform assembly operations per work instructions and assembly diagrams including but not limited to: Assembling wood panels, metal extrusions and other various hardware Use of rivet gun, compressed air, misc. hand power tools and extrusion saw Notify the supervisor of any part or equipment defects that affect the quality of the part or product Visually inspect equipment to ensure proper operating condition Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work ear Ensure all work is done following safety guidelines Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor Competencies: Ability to work with standard cabinetry assembly tools and materials Ability to work from verbal instructions, renderings, and hand sketches Ability to read and comprehend architectural drawings and specifications Ability to work independently as a problem-solver Ability to finish assignments in a timely manner Must be detail oriented with a strong sense of pride and ownership Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Positive and professional attitude This is a full-time position.

Expected hour of work per week is 40 hours. Must be able to work overtime as needed Required Education and Experience: 1-3 yeas of cabinetry, assembly, or wood-working experience High School diploma or GED Preferred Education and Experience: 3-5 years of cabinetry, assembly, or wood-working experience
