Each night, our dedicated team of over 700 employees services more than 160,000 apartment units across the country. As a rapidly growing company, we offer our team members opportunities for advancement, increased responsibilities, and additional shifts based on performance and reliability.The Opportunity: In this role you will oversee all operations for doorstep trash collection in your market from end to end. You will be responsible for new community rollouts, building and supporting your team, visiting clients and working in the field. This role requires a mixture of both white collar and blue collar work. You must be willing to rollup your sleeves and lead from the front on a daily basis!What You'll Do:Lead operations across multiple residential properties, ensuring flawless nightly executionHire and train porters to CCS standardsConduct employee audits and on-site quality checksBuild and maintain strong relationships with property managers and clientsHandle scheduling and ensure coverage-no missed pickups!Manage employee logistics, including safety gear, reporting apps, and ADP payroll formsRespond to on-site operational issues such as equipment failures or staffing gapsMaintain nightly reporting, payroll, employee documentation, and complianceAssist in community onboarding, including resident orientations and equipment distributionWant to stand out?Candidates who submit a 1–2 minute video introduction about themselves will be prioritized in the review process.Please email your video to markg@go-ccs.com Workload & Schedule:Night and weekend availability required; routes run 7 days a week.
