Assist clients with payments, policy changes, and insurance questions

Help clients understand their coverage options and make informed decisions

Maintain and update client records and policy databases (APEX)

Review daily retention, underwriting alerts, and policy processing notifications

Contact clients regarding cancellations or renewal changes

Prepare files and support annual review appointments for Account Executives

File and organize documents for new and existing clients

Identify coverage gaps and referral opportunities to support our producers
