Forklift / Diesel Mechanic - Overnights

Are you a problem-solver with hands-on experience maintaining auto, diesel and forklift equipment? As a Uline Overnight Forklift / Diesel Mechanic, bring your troubleshooting and technical skills to our best-in-class Distribution Center, ensuring all machinery runs at peak performance.

40 hours/week + overtime. No flat rate.

Full-Time Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 7:30 PM to 4 AM.

Position Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair warehouse equipment such as Crown stock pickers, Toyota forklifts, conveyor systems, Lantech wrappers and industrial robotics.

  • Open new work orders and check work history using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).

  • Keep detailed parts inventory, maintenance and repair records.

  • Work safely using proper protective equipment and lockout / tagout (LOTO).

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 5+ years of mechanic experience. Auto or diesel mechanic experience preferred.

  • Experience maintaining Crown, Toyota and Raymond warehouse equipment.

  • Programmable logic controller (PLC) experience or certification preferred.

  • Able to lift or move items weighing up to 70 lbs.
