Hotel Maintenance Engineer
Location: Hilton Madison Monona Terrace - Madison, WI
Schedule: Flexible Schedule

Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping buildings safe, comfortable, and guest-ready? Hilton Madison Monona Terrace is seeking a reliable Hotel Maintenance Technician to support daily hotel operations through preventative maintenance, timely repairs, and attention to detail.
As a member of our engineering team, you will play a vital behind-the-scenes role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. From guest rooms to public spaces and back-of-house areas, your work ensures our hotel remains welcoming, functional, and well-maintained at all times.
What Will You Be Doing?
In this multi-skilled maintenance role, you will help maintain the hotel's physical assets and respond to maintenance needs across the property:
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and mechanical spaces
  • Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and mechanical systems
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify potential maintenance issues and recommend proactive solutions
  • Complete minor repairs such as drywall, painting, fixtures, doors, locks, and furniture
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and inspection documentation
