Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic Outsourced Controller / Client Accounting Services Manager to join our Business Advisory team. This role provides financial leadership and operational insight for multiple clients, helping business owners improve performance, make better decisions, and scale their operations. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys mentoring team members while managing complex client engagements.


Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor for multiple growing companies, providing strategic financial guidance

  • Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and KPI development for clients

  • Advise clients on accounting processes, operational strategies, and business transactions

  • Manage, mentor, and develop team members to ensure high-quality client service
