Job description

The Grocery People (TGP) are hiring a Premium Clerk for their Wholesale Market located in Edmonton, AB.

Do you have a customer-focused attitude and are looking to take the next step in your retail career? TGP Edmonton wants to hear from you! 

What you'll do:

  • Assist in maintaining high standards of customer relations and service.
  • Assist at checkouts as required including operating cash register, packing groceries, car service, etc.
  • Settle customer complaints and adjustments as required.
  • Ensure the practice of safety regulations by staff members and customers and promote the elimination of hazardous conditions.
  • Collaborate with manager in the preparation and maintenance of records as required.
  • Ensure that the quality and condition of all merchandise meets company standards.
  • Other duties as required. 

Who you'll work with:

The Team: You will assist in the supervision of junior staff and will report to the Centre Store Supervisor. This collaborative team strives to cultivate high standards of customer service.
