Property Manager Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be of the age of 18 or older
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
  • Must have the ability to pass a background check
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Must have use of a reliable, insured vehicle
  • Must have basic computer skill abilities and be proficient in a variety of online platforms
