Job description

We are hiring for a full-time permanent Orthopedic Surgeon for our Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Clinic in Picturesque North Easter Oregon!


Come join our team of 3-full time physicians and 2 Full-Time allied health professionals to serve our community in beautiful rural eastern Oregon! We are a growing and expanding Critical Access Hospital! Just added a new 96,000 sq. ft addition that includes a new OR suite, housing 5 new ORs, 2 endoscopy suites (which can flex to 2 additional OR's), 15 pre-post-op rooms, and 7 PACU's.


This physician will enjoy a four 10-hour day shift schedule, and interface and work with local university athletic programs! Our clinic is located immediately adjacent to the main hospital in the regional Medical Plaza featuring onsite X-ray suite with 1:1 medical support staffing.


Our pacific north west community is nestled in the foothills of 3 different mountain rangers, boast great schools systems, and many outdoor activities including biking/hiking trails, alpine lakes, skiing, rock climbing, water sports, hunting, fishing and much more!


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Very Competitive Total Compensation Opportunity (800K+)
  • RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold
