 Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Agile (SSM) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum principles and Agile frameworks.
  • Prior experience with Maryland Benefits systems preferred.
  • Leading Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
  • Using tools like Jira, VersionOne for tracking.
  • Coaching teams for continuous improvement.
  • Individuals with prior MD THINK experience with the State of Maryland are highly preferred
