• Working directly with agile teams as a Scrum Master on planning and execution
• Mentoring and teaching agile teams and individuals within the Product Development Organization including the leadership team
• Facilitating cross functional collaboration within the Product Development Organization
• Living and breathing the continuous improvement culture
• Championing change management
• Implementing agile team rollouts
• Coaching new employees on agile process
Qualifications
• A thorough understanding of Agile methodologies and metrics
• Tremendous Organization and Communication skills
• Intrinsically motivated
• Solid interpersonal skills and plays extremely well with others
• Passion around facilitation, empowerment, and servant leadership
• Know/worked with and within Scrum, Kanban, and/or XP teams extensively
• Knowledge of sound Agile Engineering Practices (TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration, etc.)
• Sound knowledge around Agile Lifecycle Management Tools
• Bachelor's Degree required
