Position Title: IT Admin Infrastructure (Tier 3)

The Opportunity
The IT Administrator, Infrastructure is part of the AGI IT team for both strategic and day-to-day
operations of IT infrastructure North America. As a senior technical resource, they are part of a team responsible for providing services to internal customers related to IT infrastructure, both on-premised, and cloud based, including personal computers, servers, networking, remote access technologies, mobile devices, data centers and communications tools and services.
Responsibilities:
• Provide support to Data Center operations including servers, networks, and backup systems.
• Monitor and respond to Storage, Networking and Server Infrastructure Incidents
• Contribute to IT asset management databases, processes, and policies.
• Work with IT leadership to defining the standards for provisioning, setup and maintenance of
individual computing requirements including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
• On site support as needed.
• Operate as a member of the Corporate IT team supporting Global initiatives
Qualifications:
• Post-secondary education in the field of Technology, or equivalent.
• 5-7 years' progressive experience in IT Infrastructure.
• Technical Knowledge and understanding in networking, server administration and end user
computers.
• Ensure that technical information and knowledge is recorded and maintained in accordance with AGI IT standards.
• Contribute to a better understanding of technology across AGI with both technical and business teams.
• Work with the Enterprise Architecture team to ensure that architecture diagrams and technical
standards are developed and maintained
• IT service management (ITIL preferred)
• Experience in a large IT enterprise environment
• Experience in Microsoft AD, AAD, 0365 Administration, Azure, AWS, Backup software (such as Veeam), ITSM tools, VMWare and Networking (such as Meraki, Sonicwalls, Fortigate)
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure deployed in on-premise and Cloud environments
• Understanding of Zero Trust network principles
