Job description

Our Retail Store in McDonough, GA, is hiring for a Full-time Customer Service Team Member.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers with purchases, returns, exchanges, and product questions.

  • Process customer returns, warranty paperwork, and maintain accurate merchandise inventory.

  • Stock merchandise, replenish displays, and help maintain an organized, sales-ready store.

  • Support merchandising efforts by setting displays and ensuring products are properly priced and presented.

  • Retrieve merchandise, assist customers with carry-outs, and provide a positive checkout and exit experience.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming retail environment while meeting established performance standards.

  • Perform other duties and support operational needs as assigned

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while providing a positive customer experience.

  • Comfortable using point-of-sale systems, computers, and handheld technology.

  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and assist customers with larger purchases.

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
