Job Summary
Senior Quality Engineer / Quality Supervisor responsible for leading inspection operations, NDT processes, and quality compliance. This role focuses on team leadership, aerospace quality standards (AS/ISO), and continuous improvement across inspection and production functions.
Key Responsibilities (Mobile-Friendly)
• Supervise inspection and NDT operations (X-ray, FPI, Ultrasonic)
• Coordinate daily inspection workload and resource allocation
• Review shop traveler and document control processes
• Ensure employee certifications and training compliance
• Lead cross-training and team development initiatives
• Evaluate team performance and support promotions
• Maintain compliance with QSM, RSM, and AS/ISO standards
