Job description

Adara is seeking a highly qualified Marketing Coordinator who has prior multi living experience, and will be responsible for planning, strategizing, initiating, and executing all advertising, marketing, lead generation and promotional opportunities for our portfolio of over 80+ properties. Our ideal candidate is creative, well-rounded, detail oriented, analytical, and a natural storyteller.
Adara Communities has excellent career opportunities for recent college graduates who are looking to get to next level in the marketing profession and can see the see the big picture regarding property brand strategy, advertising, promotion, and lead generation while giving a voice to our target markets.
Responsibilities
  • Create a 12-18 month rolling calendar of events and property marketing events.
  • Must have multi-living experience!
  • Create social media calendars and content templates using Canva and SOCi.
  • Manage property websites content and updates.
  • Learn and work with various types of software for digital marketing such as Facebook, Instagram, email marketing platforms, etc.
  • Help identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
  • Assist with expense reports and travel arrangements as needed.

Vendor Management
  • Maintain brand standards in all digital and printed collateral to ensure consistency in marketing and communication efforts.
  • Coordinate on-site photo shoots of projects including scheduling of photographer and staging of site.
  • Partner with and/or manage external agency projects (such as photography, digital marketing and branding) as needed.
  • Negotiate purchase of printing and oversee print jobs of above collateral.
  • Assist with and attend property promotional activities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must be willing to wear multiple hats, manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with excellent grammar, including ability to interface with management as well as work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail as well as organizational and research skills and project management
  • Team player and customer-service focused attitude
  • Strong visual design skills - layout, color, typography
  • Exposure to Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
  • Familiar with SEO, SEM, social advertising and must know how to run a Google Ads campaign (PPC - pay per click)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills; Adobe preferred as well.

This is a full-time onsite position at our Corporate Office: Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
