Job description

We're looking for a dependable, energetic nanny to care for a 6-month-old baby in Issaquah. This position is perfect for someone with experience caring for babies and toddlers—whether in daycare, Montessori programs, church nurseries, or babysitting—who loves supporting early development and creating engaging, playful days. Location : Issaquah, WA Schedule : Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (40 hrs/week) Pay : $25-$35/hour About the Family: This warm, welcoming family is seeking a nanny who can provide loving, consistent care and nurture their baby's growth and development. They value patience, open communication, and creativity, and they're looking for someone who will become a trusted partner in their child's early years. Responsibilities Supporting feeding, diapering, nap routines, and developmental play Engaging the baby in activities that foster early learning, sensory exploration, and social-emotional growth Reading, singing, tummy time, and age-appropriate play Qualifications 2+ years of childcare experience with babies and/or toddlers 3 childcare references available upon request CPR certified (or willing to get certified) Reliable, communicative, and proactive Guaranteed hours Paid time off and sick leave Legal pay in line with WA state labor law This is an excellent opportunity for a nanny who loves working with babies and toddlers and wants a meaningful, long-term connection with a family.
