Play a crucial part in expanding our development footprint in Poland while supporting a leading-edge platform that revolutionizes golf course management. Collaborate with U.S. teams, drive high-velocity software development, and ensure system reliability with a global "follow-the-sun" support model. Responsibilities - Collaborate closely with U.S.-based teams for seamless cross-continental development and support. - Design, develop, and implement robust software solutions using React, Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS. - Serve as the primary technical contact during U.S. off-hours, ensuring 24/7 operational stability. - Contribute to the transition and scale-up of development operations in Poland. - Support and enhance the Pro Golf platform, including labor management, fleet tracking, maintenance automation, and agronomic data integration. - Maintain high-velocity development cycles and deliver reliable, scalable applications. - Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration to uphold software quality.
