Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Developer with 10+ years of hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications. The ideal candidate is a strong technologist with a solid foundation across both front-end and back-end development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead technical discussions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications.
  • Collaborate with front-end, back-end, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
  • Lead technical discussions, architecture decisions, and code reviews to maintain development standards.
  • Implement and manage A/B testing strategies using tools like Mendel and Rasta.
  • Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and cross-platform compatibility.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
  • Mentor junior developers and foster a knowledge-sharing culture within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of full stack web development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, Java, and templating languages (Thymeleaf, Handlebars, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Strong expertise in RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and backend frameworks (Spring Boot).

Preferred Qualifications
