Job Description We are seeking a Full Stack Developer (Java + ReactJS) to join our dynamic team supporting the Workforce Management Portal. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java, Spring, and modern front-end development with ReactJS and a proven ability to design, build, and deliver scalable, high-performance, and secure web applications. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using Java, Spring, and ReactJS. Build reusable, testable UI components and Single Page Applications. Develop RESTful APIs and integrate front-end components with back-end services. Write unit tests with JUnit and ensure code quality through reviews and automation. Collaborate within Agile teams to refine requirements and deliver increments. Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance performance, security, and maintainability.
