Job Title: Full Stack .NET Developer (Azure AI / CoPilot Focus)
Location: Hybrid (Columbus, OH)

We are currently seeking a Full Stack .NET Developer with strong experience in Azure AI, CoPilot, and CoPilot Studio to support one of our enterprise customers as they expand their use of AI-driven technologies across the organization.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate is a seasoned full stack developer and consultant who can bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy. You'll help our customer identify, design, and build AI-enabled applications leveraging Azure AI and Microsoft CoPilot technologies. This role requires strong hands-on technical skills, excellent communication, and a genuine passion for innovation.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and Enhance: Design, develop, and enhance full stack applications using .NET (C#), Angular, SQL Server, and Azure cloud services.
  • Drive AI Innovation: Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify AI and automation use cases that add measurable value.
  • Integrate Intelligence: Develop and integrate Azure AI, CoPilot, and CoPilot Studio solutions into existing applications and workflows.
  • Build for Scale: Create scalable APIs and microservices to support AI-driven functionality.
  • Leverage Azure AI Tools: Utilize Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, AI Search, and related tools to deliver intelligent user experiences.
  • Modern DevOps: Implement modern CI/CD and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps.
  • Consult and Advise: Act as a trusted consultant, translating business goals into actionable technical solutions and guiding teams through AI adoption.
  • Lead Thoughtfully: Provide thought leadership on emerging Microsoft technologies and AI best practices.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience: 7+ years of professional full stack development experience.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency with C# / .NET Core, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
  • Front-End Skills: Solid experience with JavaScript frameworks, preferably Angular.
  • Azure Cloud Mastery: Proven experience building and deploying solutions on Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, AI Services).
  • AI & CoPilot Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Azure AI, CoPilot, and CoPilot Studio for extending productivity and automating business processes.
  • Integration Focus: Strong understanding of RESTful API development, integration, and security.
