We are seeking a Full Stack Software Developer for one of our PRIME CONTRACTS that extends through 2026 and offers exciting opportunities to support essential services and mission critical activities across the enterprise. Our mission supports the Government Corporate Management Services (CMS) by providing full life cycle support services through the sustainment, modernization, and transformation of the enterprise corporate applications. These applications are used across the government enterprise and are critical to the daily functions of thousands of users across acquisition, business, finance, HR, training, recruitment, program management, security, logistics and more.   • Join a team of developers and system engineers and play a crucial role in ensuring that applications in the Human Resource Applications and Services organization operate effectively 
  • Primary responsibility will be providing application development and production support for critical human resource applications that support the enterprise 
  • In this role you can develop and implement innovative approaches to improve system sustainment helping to proactively identify and correct potential issues before outages occur. 
  • The position will require working in a fast-paced team in an agile environment and a willingness to learn new technologies and take on challenges to creatively solve customer requirement problem sets. This provides an opportunity to constantly learn and grow as a developer, while also making a meaningful impact on the organization's operations.  

Required: 

  • TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph 
  • A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and six (6) years of experience in software development/engineering. Ten (10) years of experience in software development/engineering may be substituted in lieu of a degree.   
  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks
  • Experience creating and consuming RESTful endpoints 
  • Experience setting up and maintaining Linux environments 
  • Experience with MongoDB
  • Working understanding on SQL and/or NoSQL databases

  • Experience working with the AWS Platform 
  • Experience with GitLab 
  • Experience with GitLab runners for continuous integration 
  • Experience with Agile methodologies 
  • Experience with automated integration and unit testing scripts 
  • Experience with Docker 
  • Experience with LLM 
  • Working knowledge of accessibility standards (ADA Section 508 compliance) 

The estimated salary range for this position is between $150,000-$200,000 (annualized USD). This range reflects the typical pay for the role and is one part of the company's comprehensive compensation package. Actual salaries are influenced by several factors, such as location, the individual's education, skills, experience, and competencies, as well as contract affordability and organizational needs.
