Senior Full Stack Developer (Hybrid - Suwanee, GA)

Premier Financial Alliance (PFA)

PFA is building its internal technology capability and transitioning from outsourced development to an in-house team. We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who can own our core systems - including PTRAC 2.0, agent dashboards, and reporting platforms - and help modernize how technology supports our nationwide financial services network.

What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain full-stack applications using React, PHP, Java, and SQL.

  • Manage backend logic, data automation, and cron jobs for reporting and compensation systems.

  • Deploy and support applications in AWS, handling light DevOps tasks (Kubernetes, GitOps, database maintenance, Slack webhooks).

  • Integrate and enhance third-party tools such as SumSub (KYC), Authorize.net, and SignRequest.

  • Work directly with business stakeholders to analyze needs, propose solutions, and lead small projects from concept to deployment.

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize production systems for performance and reliability.

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.

  • Strong skills in React/JavaScript, PHP, Java, and SQL.

  • Experience deploying and supporting apps in AWS environments.

  • Solid understanding of API integrations and automation workflows.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Ability to work hybrid from our Suwanee, GA office.

Nice to Have
  • Experience in financial services or agent-based systems

  • Experience developing native apps

  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, GitOps, or CI/CD.

  • Python scripting experience a plus.
