We are seeking a Java Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java development, Full Stack Development, and working with various technologies such as Spring, JavaScript, Angular, React, HTML, CSS, and SQL. This role will involve designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise full-stack applications, as well as providing production support and troubleshooting complex issues.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise full-stack applications.
  • Create and enhance web pages, forms, workflows, and application functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within required service levels.
  • Participate in 24/7 production support and on-call rotation.
  • Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent solutions for recurring issues.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, technical teams, and end users.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, releases, and technical documentation.
  • Support application performance, reliability, and maintainability.
RequirementsRequired Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
  • Strong Full Stack Development experience.
  • Strong experience with Java/J2EE, Spring/Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
  • Hands-on experience developing web pages, forms, workflows, and business processes.
  • Strong frontend development experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and a modern frontend framework such as Angular or React.
  • Strong SQL/database experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex application and production issues.
  • Experience providing 24/7 production support, including on-call/after-hours support.
  • Strong experience with debugging, root-cause analysis, defect resolution, and application support.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications.
  • Experience with cloud environments, CI/CD, Git, and DevOps tools.
