AI Engineer

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-grade Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building Generative AI, Large Language Model (LLM), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI-powered applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI applications.
• Build solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, RAG, and AI agents.
• Develop and optimize AI pipelines for data ingestion, processing, embedding generation, retrieval, and response generation.
• Integrate LLMs and AI services through REST APIs and Python-based applications.
• Develop intelligent chatbots, virtual assistants, document intelligence, recommendation, and automation solutions.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) using vector databases and semantic search.
• Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent.
• Develop and maintain APIs and microservices using Python, FastAPI, Flask, or similar technologies.
• Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus, or Azure AI Search.
• Implement model evaluation, monitoring, observability, and performance optimization.
• Fine-tune or adapt machine learning/LLM models when required.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to prepare and transform structured and unstructured data.
• Implement responsible AI practices including security, privacy, hallucination mitigation, and access controls.
• Deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, technical design discussions, code reviews, and production support.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, Machine Learning Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Experience building and deploying Generative AI / LLM applications.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, embeddings, transformers, prompt engineering, and RAG.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent AI frameworks.
• Experience working with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus, or Azure AI Search.
• Strong experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and modern software development practices.
• Strong SQL and database fundamentals.
• Understanding of ML lifecycle, model evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
