Full Stack Developers work with various programming languages and frameworks to build complete web applications and are responsible for both client-side and server-side development. Being on W2 often provides access to benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plans.

Full Stack Developers on W2 often work closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, QA testers, and project managers throughout the development process. Collaboration usually involves participating in daily stand-ups, code reviews, sprint planning meetings, and continuous integration/deployment activities. Effective communication and the ability to adapt to different team members' workflows are essential, as developers are expected to contribute both to front-end and back-end tasks while ensuring seamless integration.
