The Incentive Compensation Teams are looking for highly skilled Principal and Senior Technical Leads to drive/develop application modernization efforts. Candidate must have experience developing and deploying highly complex technology solutions in the Agile framework.

Required Skills:

7+ years of application development and implementation experience.

5+ yearsโ€™ experience with JAVA/Springboot.

5+ yearsโ€™ experience developing web services (RESTful).

Experience developing and deploying applications with MongoDB.

Experience building and/or supporting applications using the Angular JavaScript framework.

Experience building and/or supporting Web Services.

Experience with automated code review tools like SonarQube.
