Job Title: Full Stack Developer with Data Engineering
Work location : Austin, TX
Duration: Contract (12 Months)
Job Description:
Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline or equivalent experience with 12+ Minimum Experience
  • 60-70% coding (frontend + backend application development)
  • 20-30% backend/data pipeline development and integration
  • 10-20% collaboration, reviews, and learning
  • 10 years of full-stack software development experience
  • Experience contributing to backend data processing or data engineering workflows

Backend
  • Strong in Java (or similar backend language)
  • Exposure to Spring Boot or similar frameworks
  • Experience building or contributing to REST APIs
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases; familiarity with NoSQL databases is a plus
  • Practical experience building, maintaining, or supporting data pipelines, ETL workflows, batch processing, or event-driven systems
  • Experience working with backend data flows, data transformation, and integration between services and data platforms
  • Familiarity with distributed systems or asynchronous/event-driven architectures is a plus
