Our clients include specialty spas and clinics, sports teams, and individuals who are biohackers or athletes.

You'll collaborate across disciplines to innovate and shape technologies that enhance well-being for our clients.

What is this role and why does it exist?

We're running an ambitious roll out of AI company wide. Our AI Solutions Lead will be the hub for AI company wide. The AI lead will be a person who is responsible for AI adoption in the company an our products. You design, build, implement, and train everyone on AI systems across the company. You work on internal systems, infrastructure and the Chamber. Your work touches all departments and all business processes.

You will be a part of the Software and Digital Platform team. You are responsible for implementing the technical direction, systems, tools, integrations, and security for AI across the business. You own the technology and build. Departments own the outcomes. You are Ammortal's biggest AI advocate. You educate, support, and uplift everyone.

As the AI Solutions Lead, you will report to the Director of Digital Platforms & Software. While a deeply technical role, your ability to understand the business, it's processes and people are of equal importance.

Responsibilities:
  • AI Implementation - Design, build, and maintain all of our AI systems across the company. Everything from internal marketing, sales, finance, and operations systems to local AI systems in our engineering workflows, and the Chamber itself.
  • AI Adoption - Educate, Train, Support, and Uplift everyone in the company with their AI adoption. Running office hours, making tutorials, providing resources, sourcing solutions, and more.
  • AI Infrastructure - Architect and operate a scalable set of infrastructure that allows non-technical, and technical teams to use AI in a secure and productive manner.
  • AI Systems & Agents - In conjunction with departments, design, build and maintain all AI systems and agents. This includes administering and managing our off the shelf AI systems like Claude, Viktor, Cursor, etc. It also includes our custom built Agents, Skills, Plugins, Tools, and more.
  • AI Security - You are responsible for creating, maintaining, and enforcing all data, privacy, and security policies across our AI systems and Agents. Organization, Department, and Role based permissions and settings across all our products.
  • Other Projects - As this is a technical role, you will also be asked to help build other internal systems like automations, micro apps, and more.

  1. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with technical work. Organized and methodical in approach to prioritization of work.
  2. Adaptability: Thrives working in diverse teams and technical environments, comfortable context-switching between different stacks and problem domains
  3. System Thinking: Ability to understand how all the systems and process work across the different parts of the business. You can design solutions that not only work with our systems but improve them.
  4. Technical: Demonstrated ability to work with multiple programming languages and technologies - Python, Typescript, etc. Confident in
  5. Customer Focus: Deep understanding of our customers, revenue model and how technical decisions impact and influence their outcomes.
What technical knowledge do you need to perform in your role?
  • Proficiency with at least one modern programming language (Typescript, Python, or similar)
  • Strong with software development fundamentals (Git, GitHub, etc)
  • Experience building AI systems and Agents using Anthropic SDK, OpenSource frameworks, or equivalent.
  • Experience with multi-agent architectures, knowledge-graphs, and shared memory.
  • Strong database knowledge, vector, PostgresSQL or similar.
  • Proficiency with modern development tools
  • Experience with Figma for Design
Qualifications (Must haves):
  • 4.5+ Years of Experience working on Software projects
  • 3+ Years Experience designing and building AI solutions
  • Previous experience building Apps, Automations, and Websites
  • Previous experience working in a Startup or Early Stage fast growing company.
