Job description

Immediate need for a talented Full Stack .Net Developer. This is a Fulltime opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Kansas City, MO (Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $90000 - $95000/annum +5% Organization bonus +5%Performance bonus .  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core and modern front-end technologies with a strong focus on hands-on coding.
  • Own end-to-end feature development, from requirement analysis and technical design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • Build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services and RESTful APIs following clean architecture and best practices.
  • Develop and optimize responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using React.
  • Work closely with product owners, architects, and QA engineers to clarify requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Implement cloud-native solutions on AWS, including service integration, performance optimization, and security configuration.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to established coding standards and architectural guidelines.
  • Actively participate in code reviews, providing and incorporating constructive feedback to improve code quality.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across backend, frontend, and cloud environments.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and DevOps practices to improve reliability and development efficiency.
  • Share knowledge and provide technical support to junior developers through collaboration and example-driven guidance.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Must have skills : Cloud development (Strong), React (Strong)
  • Good to have skills: Docker (Expert), GitHub Actions (Expert), Terraform (Expert)
  • 6-10 yrs related experience
  • High School Diploma or Bachelor''s Degree
