Job Description

We are looking for a versatile Full Stack BI Developer who combinesstrong technical engineering skills with a business-focused analytics mindset.

In this role, you will be deeply involved in both our core product andour client-facing reporting operations. You will help maintain our existingPostgreSQL data warehouse pipelines in Azure, build dynamic new dashboardsdirectly within our software product, and deliver polished, executive-readyPower BI and Excel reports to clients. You will also partner directly withclients to define key performance indicators (KPIs), perform advancedstatistical modeling, and comprehensively document our data ecosystem.

This is a full-time position based at our Sacramento headquarters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build,and deploy interactive dashboards and widgets within our product, whilecreating custom Power BI and Excel reports tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain,monitor, and optimize existing data warehouse pipelines powered byPostgreSQL and MSSQL to ensure reliable data flow.
  • Conductcorrelation analyses, build forecasting models, and identify/resolve datagaps to deliver accurate analytical outputs.
  • Proactivelydefine and implement meaningful KPIs that drive actionable insights forinternal teams and external clients.
  • Meet withclients to gather reporting requirements, present solutions, and supportongoing analytical needs.
  • Author completedocumentation across the data lifecycle, including workflows, technicalarchitecture, version-controlled code, client user guides, and a detaileddictionary of dashboards, widgets, and charts.

  • 3โ€“4 years ofexperience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Full-StackApplication/Analytics development.
  • Hands-onexperience with PostgreSQL and MSSQL in a cloud environment (Azurepreferred), including writing optimized queries, views, and functions.
  • Strong Gitexperience for managing SQL scripts, Python pipelines, and codebaseintegration.
  • Expertproficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling) and advancedMicrosoft Excel (functions, Power Query, dynamic reporting).
  • Advanced SQLskills; solid Python experience for data manipulation, statisticalanalysis, forecasting, and pipeline automation.
  • Workingfamiliarity with React (front-end dashboard integration) and .NET(back-end service integration).
  • Demonstratedexperience with correlation analysis, time-series forecasting, trendanalysis, and identifying data gaps.
