Description
General Butler State Resort Park, located in Carrollton, KY, provides all the peace and tranquility of thecountry while only minutes from the city. General Butler offers guests a 53-room lodge, 23 cottages, 111-sitecampground, a full-service restaurant, mini golf, boat dock, shelters, trails, the historic Butler-TurpinHouse, a conference center, and playgrounds.
The ideal Food Service Worker candidate has a passion for delivering exceptional guest experience and willpositively impact our foodservice operations by helping to prepare high quality food for our restaurant andcatering guests, groups, events, and banquets throughout the year.
Primary duties of the Food Service Worker Position include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Work with other kitchen staff in food preparation duties including baking, roasting, broiling, frying, and misc. prep.
  • Ensure work area is clean and sanitized including surfaces, floors, walls etc. and that proper food safety practices are followed as prescribed by policy and health department regulations.
  • Wash dishes, pots, pans, flatware and other kitchen utensils used in the production of food items
  • Help keep food items stocked as needed
  • Other duties as assigned.
