• Utilize various psychotherapeutic techniques to deliver counseling services to clients dealing with various emotional and behavioral disorders, utilizing both individual and group therapy frameworks as appropriate.
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments that inform treatment plans and initial discharge strategies, enabling longer-term care when necessary.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adapting each approach based on patient needs and treatment objectives.
• Engage in treatment planning based on initial assessments, ensuring that plans are continually revised in collaboration with clients and other professionals as needed.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all therapy services provided, complying with both facility and professional standards.
• Manage and grow a personalized caseload, meeting the diverse needs of your clients through effective therapeutic interventions.
• Participate actively in treatment team meetings, sharing insights and collaborating with colleagues to provide holistic services tailored to each patient’s plan.
• Provide guidance and resolution for any patient concerns or complaints, thereby prioritizing patient satisfaction and safety.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to assist in overall facility operations.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Moon Crest Psychological Center, you will work with a diverse population that includes both adults and children, ensuring you have a meaningful impact across the lifespan. Your therapeutic expertise will aid those struggling with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics, through compassionate and individualized care.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related Human Services field is required.
• Possession of appropriate state or national licensure for professional therapy providers, or eligibility for state licensure.
• Must be licensed as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW by the State of Arizona.

• Proven experience providing therapy to a diverse client base, including working effectively with both adults and children.
• Experience in telehealth delivery of services is a plus, as we heavily utilize technology for remote therapy sessions.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer an extensive benefits package, which includes:
